Refund Policy

These are custom made products and do not offer refunds however we do realize that damage can happen in shipping. These cases will be handled on a case by case basis.

If the color selected was off our standard colors please allow us to help you re-select a color.  If this was a custom color then we do not offer refunds. We offer the option and suggest getting a sample if you are trying to match to a certain color. Please make sure that when matching you are in the same lighting as the sample and the item you are matching.
